フィードバックを提供するAs I was putting the pizza in my truck, one of the employees burst out of the door and shouted at me as if I had just stolen something. I was reprimanded for not informing anyone about my actions. I took a moment to collect my thoughts, reflected on my choices, and decided to simply leave. Congratulations to the staff for ensuring that I will never return to this location again.
This restaurant consistently runs out of items, and I wish they would improve their inventory management. The service is quite disappointing, as it takes a long time for customers waiting to place their orders inside to receive assistance.
Very disappointing. We are huge fans of BR, but we’ve tried the Hoptown location three times and each visit has left us frustrated. The service is poor and the flavors are underwhelming. The ice crystals on top of the ice cream were quite unappealing. Additionally, when the server was scooping the ice cream, he placed it on the counter, and his sleeve ended up covered in more ice cream than the cone itself!
This place never has anything in stock. People taking your order are hard of hearing or just don't speak English. Half the time, the person supposed to be taking orders is standing by the front door, talking to friends, not doing her job like today.....
Great place to go if you have lots of time to waste.
