Wendy's - Hopkins

This candy used to be a well-oiled machine. They sneaked through people with great service. I always gave a reception and never had a mistake. But today, when I asked for my reception on the first window (where I always received one before), I was told that the next window would have it. Okay... When the feared male gave me my food, I asked if the receipt was there and was told no and he went away!!! What? He was incredibly rude. Then the next guy who worked the beverage station, who was very nice BTW, recommended that they no longer spend revenue!!! I'm here on the working day and I need revenue for my taxes. In the meantime a nice woman came by and printed a reception as there was no problem!!! Not LOVE!

Go here if you enjoy paying for a good meal, but then get the wrong order. Pop taste flat. Wont be returning. 3rd time they gave the wrong order.

Very neat and accessible place. They offer large portions and for inexpensive prices. We loved the food a lot and the staff were very welcoming and explanatory. I recommend this place.

Here's the beef. This Wendy's had excellent service and food. I eat here multiple times a week as I work nearby. I can't find a better place to get a great food for a good value.

I have been here a few times, trying to gauge why twice it has been horrible and the other times flawless. Most times flawless. Ample parking and good service dining in all my experiences. The couple of times service was slow, careless and the number of flies at the counter was shocking. PLS FIX THIS. It should never happen to have a situation like this. I must say that both of those times it looked like they were short on staff. People not going around cleaning tables and no wonder flies were finding a welcoming area. In the afternoon, close a few blinds to use the full space of tables. Otherwise clients go to pack the one corner with shade. Food has always been 100% and the new burger items are excellent. On the good times the service has been flawless and the place has been kept very clean. I will go back sporadically and check it out.
