Zaxby's - Hope Mills

I had the best service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant at this place. The staff was incredibly friendly and even apologized for the wait on fresh fries, which I didn't mind at all. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and polite, and I would love to have them working at my own restaurant. The order was both correct and delicious. This Zaxbys location in Hope Mills really impressed me.

The other night, a manager named Jagger made sure we received our promised two free meals from the previous week (boneless wing meals). He even gave me my meal for free! The food was fresh and hot! We definitely plan on returning!

Overall, my experience at the restaurant was excellent. The speaker at the drive-thru was a bit difficult to understand, but the staff was very helpful in making sure my order was correct. My order was ready quickly and despite the long line, I was able to get through the menu and off the premises in less than 10 minutes.

I don't always go to Zaxbys, but if I do, I order the Cobb salad and it's definitely big enough to serve two people. I went there last Friday and I ordered a Cobb salad that I couldn't finish and her spicy mushrooms that wasn't as sharp as I thought it was. Your Ranch Dressing is pretty good. My children love their chicken fingers and are usually a victory for the whole family.
