We didn't have any lettuce or anything that my mom asked for. When I called them upthey said they put exactly what she read off the list, I told them no you didn't because we didn't get anything on but meat andcheese. Will never go to this location again. I had to ask if it was subway when they answered the phone, because they did notidentify the name of the business. This is on N Main St in Hope Mills
Best Subway I've been to in years. Employees very pleasant and restaurant was very clean
I went in to get a meatball sub, and they put it in the toaster. Unfortunately, when I got it, it was still cold, so I had to go back. Seriously, how does that happen?
I stopped here for lunch with a colleague, and it was a fantastic experience. The young lady at the counter was incredibly friendly and attentive, which brightened my entire day. The sandwich I had was delicious, and the cookies were equally delightful. Although they were out of Coke fountain soda, it didn't bother me at all. I'll definitely return whenever I'm in the area, primarily because of the outstanding customer service. Thank you!
The Subway in Hope Mills definitely has a new menu, but it would be great if they hired more professional staff. It appears that they've brought on a group of young workers who seem to be more interested in playing around than taking pride in their jobs. I ordered two sandwiches today, and they looked awful. I was really hungry at the time, but the lettuce was brown, the tomatoes looked soggy, and all the vegetables seemed tired; the only thing that looked fresh were the black olives. It's disappointing to say, but I likely won't be returning to this particular Subway until they hire some more mature employees who take pride in their sandwich-making skills.
