Unfortunately it was not open when we were in town but I did get a few pictures of the menu. They have a covered seating area as well.

Best hot dog i`ve ever ate. fresh and tasty, never expected something like this there, good surprise.

The food was excellent, and the service was delightful! However, the portions were quite small. We tried the huli huli chicken taco and the special, which was a hot dog topped with bacon, cheese, green onions, and some other ingredients.

I stopped by for a late lunch and discovered that they no longer serve banh mi. Instead, we tried the rock fish taco and the huli huli chicken taco, and both were outstanding!

This small food truck in the quaint town of Hope, Alaska, served the best food I had in the entire state! The rockfish tacos were amazing, with a flavor combination that was simply unforgettable! They used fresh avocado instead of those pre-packaged guacamole cups you find at other places. The Argentine hot dog was also fantastic. Definitely eat here; you won't regret it!
