Wings Plus V Grill - Hoover

Wings Plus in Bluff Park is the best of all WP's. I only got wings here, then I started trying all the other foods on their menu. I was surprised how good it was. This place is eclectic with the art that covers the walls of the inner dining area. If the weather allows, I like to eat on their terrace. I enjoyed everything I ordered.

I ordered and paid a 10pc wing combination and a side salad. When my food was delivered, my salad was not in my pocket. Door Dash said they would contact Wings Plus. I also called to say that all orders were not delivered. The guy on the phone had attitude. The salad came in as a separate order. I tried to tell him that this was because it was not brought into my original order that was delivered. If you get the order right for the first time, I wouldn't have to call. I'm not asking to give anything. I did it!

Perhaps it's my mistake for expecting a decent Greek salad from a wing shop, but I really need to express my frustration. I can't believe I spent $16 on something that was inedible. I was in such a hurry that I couldn’t return the moment I opened the box and was hit with the unpleasant smell of the shrimp. Plus, you can't just toss together some lettuce, yellow onion, sliced tomatoes, sliced bell peppers, and sliced feta cheese (seriously, who slices feta?) in a takeaway box and call it a Greek salad!

I absolutely love Wings Plus V. Best wings in town. I?ve tried to get good wings in Hoover and it took years to find this hidden gem. Glad I decided to try it. Sandwiches are great as well if you are not a wing fan.

I ordered the Cajun fries and the Philly steak this time, along with the Keekeepooh juice. Everything was tasty. The drive-thru wait time is a bit long, but if you'd prefer to stay in your car, it's a convenient choice.
