De Kas - Hoogeveen

In winter, 50% of the dishes are made with their own produce in the garden, in summer, it is 70%. Wonderful food at a beautiful location. Service was super friendly and attentive. Restaurant is very bright with the high ceiling and glasses. Lovely experience, highly recommended for pure flavors!

We went back to de kas to celebrate our high-time anniversary when we married there. eating is as good as we remember. interesting mixes of ingredients to surprise them in every dish. all that originates organically from their own gardens, otherwise their suppliers, including their clothing, are as sustainable as ever. super popular, need to book in advance, but it is worth it!

Beautiful to spend a romantic day with her partner. they have new predefined dishes every week. all products are local and high quality.

Favorite restaurant in amsterdam. Eating is amazing! Around 80% of their vegetables and plants are also grown locally. I strongly recommend!
