The Tides - Hoodsport

Fried Cod was buttery and delicious, I have a shellfish allergy, but my girlfriend really enjoyed the fried oysters, mussels and fried shrimps. The staff was nice and checked us a lot despite a heavy dinner.

The cod fish basket was great. 3 big chunks of cod lightly battered, cooked perfectly. Fries were a bit limp. Hubby had decaf coffee. Our friendly on the spot waitress made fresh for him. Forgot to take photos. Will next time.

Without a doubt, this is the best breakfast spot in the area. The service is excellent, and they now have outdoor seating with heating! It's a wonderful place to enjoy a meal while supporting a local business. I absolutely love it!

The restaurant doesn't have much in terms of decor—just small tables and a simple setup—but wow, they serve an incredible breakfast that’s available all day long. We will definitely be returning!

I have the pleasure of visiting Hoodsport for diving four times a year, and I always look forward to starting my day at The Tides! The food is excellent, and the staff is wonderful! Every time I dine here, I feel like part of the family. The restaurant is consistently clean, and they were very attentive to social distancing rules during this challenging year. I can't wait to return to Hoodsport and enjoy another meal there!
