Spada Bar Restaurant - Honolulu

This place is a find! Great prices, friendly staff and excellent food. I’m not sure why everyone complained about prices or service. Maybe they are used to McDonald’s?? The Lava Flow drink is a decadent sweet drink, spaghetti pomodoro is delectable and the bruschetta is divine, meatballs are perfect and the chicken piccata melts. Definitely a must go if in the area.

I needed a break from seafood and asian food, so we came here. Pleasantly surprised by the food. I ordered the fettucine Alfredo, and it came out fast, and was nice and hot, though lacking in a little seasoning, an easy fix. I had added meatballs to my order and they were well cooked, filling and tasty. Good portion sizes, our service was great.

Was skeptical because the restaurant was empty (it was late) but decided to try it anyway and definitely did not regret it. Pasta was amazing and the staff very friendly

Excellent. The spada cuisine was close to some of the 5 star restaurants in Rome, Florence, Tuscany and Venice. I ordered Arriabata that was not on the menu, and it was delicious. Wine, bread and service were excellent. Our bill was about $50. We felt calm, so we left an eager tip. Try it, you will love it.

Spada was exactly the Italian flavor I was hoping it would be. The Puttenesca was fresh and left a wonderful aftertaste that blended away perfectly with the house merlot. My wife had sausage and peppers. If you have had Italian sausage then you will appreciate just how Italian sausage this entree is. Tiramisu for dessert just sweet enough to add a little extra flavor to the coffee.
