The Panang Curry is excellent, with just the right amount of spices to really savor the flavor. The medium spice level is still fairly hot, but enjoyable. The sticky rice is also great. The service is quick and efficient. The restaurant has a casual, unpretentious vibe that often indicates a hidden gem. These types of places tend to offer the best food!

PATTAYA has been recognized for three years as the best Thai food in Hawaii. The cuisine is exceptional, and I have the privilege of working with Yuri, the owner's husband, Pat, at his company, PurAir Hawaii. I can attest to their dedication and quality!

I work near this restaurant, and we decided to try it out a few months ago. It's hands down the best Thai food I've ever had. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are excellent, and the prices can't be beat. We make it a point to go there for lunch every week. My coworkers even joke that it has become our "Lunch Room." I've tried nearly everything on the menu since our first visit, and two of my favorites are Nam Tok and the Crispy Rice Salad. The curries are also outstanding. While the food is definitely the main attraction, the place does get quite crowded most days. In the evenings, it transforms into a bar/restaurant, so don’t be surprised by the change in atmosphere. Yuri and her staff always provide top-notch service. I can’t emphasize enough how incredible the food is!

Great place for lunch. Authenticity Thai farewell at reasonable prices. The spice mirror is somewhat inconsistent medium can be super hot or completely mild.

I really enjoyed what I had: Thai tea, vegitarian evil curry, and drunken noodles with tofu ! Very good flavor and seemed pretty authentic, if not a little divey, but that gave it character, with the tiki bar and Thai karaoke playing later in the evening. Prices were very good compared to the food at Aloha Beer Company next door. When they ask for spice level, they make it right on instead of haole type spicy... Aka Thai hot is actual Thai hot, not what they think you can handle. 3 stars for the atmosphere, 5 for the food 4 total.
