Pros: good venue, great choices of food, price is good Cons: I think the crew should know their menu at least, unacceptable even if your brand new. Read and familiarize your menu before you start working. Be the best of who you are no matter what job you do. Soup is blant, I’ve been to a lot of shabu-shabu, chef needs to improved his soup base especially if the choices have flavors

By the look of the pictures you may think i had a great time at this beautifUL BUT i didn’t .When me and my spouse walked in first no one was at the hostess stand i get it y’all are busy but we were standing there for almost 20 min without a greeting or anything .I actually ended up asking a random dude who worked there how it worked and he just told me they would seat us.10 min later we did end up getting greeted and sat that’s just it we sat for about 25 more min not being spoken to haha.We got up and left .Didn’t even get to try the food .I’m reviewing their customer service 1 out of 5 stars.

We just travel from Lax to Hawaii Honolulu , all my kids kind so excited, we pick hot pot for first try in Honolulu , take look online anh come to there for first try restaurant in Honolulu , but it very bad services in here , nobody say hi when our check in restaurant and Thẽ service come to Thẽ first asked vaccinations card and she ask honey Walter cup do we need , oh oh I thought any restaurant have to service free Walter for customers right? I really disappointed in Hawaii just landing hours travel here .

I had the opportunity to dine here with a wonderful friend yesterday for lunch and let me tell you that if your looking for a Hot Pot experience this is a great and affordable choice! There 's a endless array of fresh vegetables, meats, and seafood to add to your individual pot. And it 's nice and cool inside which made for a comfortable dining experience. There 's parking available in the surrounding areas and your across the street from a Walmart incase you need to pick up a few thing 's on your way home or perhaps back to your hotel.

It was so good we ended up going there twice on our trip.
