Dunkin' - Homewood

Not sure what happened here. The bacon is now burnt, the avocado toast tastes old, my coffee is always wrong and the person in the drive thru is usually unhelpful, the portions are also shrinking. I've started going back to my tried and true Panerai butI wish dunkin would get it back together. Also, the drive thru is fast and I like to go inside at times. Best dunking pricesin the area.

Just go to the Starbucks a few blocks down or drive a bit further to the Dunkin on 183rd. It?s worth it

I went in to this Dunkin’ Donuts just a moment ago and I wanted to use the restroom. I think because the ladies English was so bad she seemed like she was very irritated at the fact that I was asking about the restroom. And there was a problem I guess the men’s room was down it didn’t work. But she just seem to have a very nasty attitude towards me. And I was going to purchase some breakfast there but after that I just use the restroom and walked out! Now in the past this has been a pretty good Dunkin doughnuts. But if they let that lady do the talking I don’t think I want to go there again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone .

The lady who works there made me a delicious salted caramel cappuccino blast, and she's fantastic! I ordered it four days in a row, but then the manager, Tom, told me I couldn't order that drink anymore at the drive-thru. I understand they have timers to keep things moving. A few days later, I went inside and spoke with the manager about it, and now I can get that amazing drink by coming in! It was great to watch this team work together to fulfill all the orders. The teamwork was impressive – if I could, I would thank Tom, Maria, and the entire crew. It's crews like yours that make America run on Dunkin'!

At that point, I contemplated leaving, but she turned to me and apologized, saying it wasn't my fault. She took my order and payment, then exited herself. All I ordered was a sandwich, hash browns, and an iced coffee. Meanwhile, I and four other customers inside watched as the drive-thru continued to be served for nearly 15 minutes without anyone attending to our orders. One man was already waiting when I walked in, and noticing this prompted me to speak up. Finally, all our orders were checked. When my food eventually arrived, I rushed to my car since I was running a bit late for work. The coffee was great, but when I got to my food, I was incredibly disappointed. The hash browns were missing, and the sandwich was not made correctly: the bread was untoasted, the eggs and bacon were barely cooked, and the cheese slice was far too small. I definitely will not be returning to this location; I’ll go to the one past my workplace instead!
