Chipotle Mexican Grill - Homestead

I had a terrible experience at this location. I waited in line for 45 minutes, and the staff was very inattentive and unhelpful. There were no vegetables available, the drink dispensers were empty, the trash cans were overflowing, and the interior was not clean. Normally, Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants, but this location was the worst I have ever visited.

The customer service was terrible. I asked the woman if my order was ready, but she didn't respond, even though it was right next to her. After waiting a few minutes, I asked her again, and she snapped, “CAN YOU WAIT, DAMN?” I wouldn’t recommend ordering online; they don’t seem to care about your food. They gave me half a bowl and forgot to add the tomatoes and queso blanco.

I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant, but lately, I've been disappointed. I arrived at 10 PM, with an hour still left until closing time, and found that they had run out of almost everything. There was still a line of people in front of me, likely getting the same disappointing news. They had no beef or chicken—only brown rice available. There wasn't even any lettuce. All the chairs were stacked up, and it felt like they were rushing to close for the night. The server who helped me seemed to be in a bad mood. After being a loyal customer for years, it's really disappointing. I won’t be returning again.

Absolute slop!! It was basically a bean soup. There was barely any chicken, no lettuce and no extra chips and salsa that I ordered. No silverware and no receipt. I want to blame Uber eats but look at this nasty bowl of food. Shows zero awareness or care from store management. Would you eat this??? I called chipotle and all they did was take my information then say sorry for my trouble call Uber eats. Paid $34 for this!! Terrible customer service!

Ordered a salad bowl that was meant to have meat alongside it. Instead of meat, they poured so much sour cream that the meal was uneatable. I wouldn't even eat what they gave me if it was free. This was an absolute waste of money and time on my behalf. I don't recommend this restaurant for anyone.
