Carmen's Gelato - Homer

This is hands down the best vegan gelato I've ever had! I had to double-check to confirm it was indeed vegan.

If you find yourself in Homer, make sure to stop by Carmen's for some vegan ice cream. You can savor the lovely atmosphere while enjoying a delicious vegan treat, all while maintaining social distance on the beach. I've tried the chocolate vegan sorbetto twice because it was so delightful that I didn't want to try any other flavors. However, there are also lemon and various fruit options, as well as some made with honey.

Absolutely amazing! This is the smoothest coffee I've ever tasted! After just one visit, Ella (the best server in the world!) remembered us and our orders, which was impressive considering we have a family of five! She turned a great experience into an outstanding one!

What a treat! This is some of the best gelato I've had in the US, rivaling that of Italy. You can tell you're getting the authentic experience here. I tried the pistachio flavor, and there was none of that artificial green coloring—just pure, genuine taste. We also sampled the vanilla, which was delightful. The service was quick; you simply place your order and pay at the counter. There’s outdoor seating available and plenty of parking nearby. I highly recommend this gelato shop—it's a must-visit!
