WHY! Love the ET! Every time I go to Chicago on the south side, I get one of them! And the staff working there is a bunch of young, respectful and highly qualified individuals! You got my business!

Lady on the speaker was nice. When we got to the window the order was slightly wrong because my boyfriend ordered his in a cone. As the guy was handing us the spoons he drops them on the counter and then picks it up by grabbing the spoon on the part where your mouth goes. My boyfriend then proceeds to ask for a cone for his ice cream and the guy comes back holding the cone with his bare hands! Completely nasty

I love the ice cream. The plastic tubs are very difficult to open. I asked the server if she could scoop the quart into one of the cardboard tubs instead as they also carry those. She was very put out because there was already a plastic container available in the walk up. For $11 a quart and being a loyal, return customer I should not have to endure employee insubordination. Her attitude really did not sit well to the point where I am writing a public review. Hopefully the owners care enough to include this in their next meeting with all employees. Thank you.

Over priced for something so ordinary. Each time we visited there the serving size changed. Sometimes they use small transparent plastic cups and sometimes they use proper cups and serving. Then they are too busy wasting time trying to get in each other's pants then actually giving customer service. I have to ask for each thing again and again like napkins, a few times with no spoons. I honestly don't mind paying more but service has to be on that level. I'd rather go to Baskin Robbins and get ice cream over this. They are doing all this because there is no other competition around them.

I saw this place on Fox 32 promoting the igloo valentines experience. Set up is nothing special, and the prices are kind of high. Ice cream was good.
