Holyoke Hummus Company

I had a fantastic lunch at Holyoke Hummus Company. I ordered the falafel sandwich, and my co-worker savored every bite of hers. The falafel was excellent and made for a perfect lunch! I also got a tub of hummus and baba ganoush. The baba ganoush was made fresh—arriving in just a few minutes—which I really appreciated, and it was exactly to my taste. One small note: the pita chips were enjoyable, but they were quite salty. I might skip them next time, but perhaps it was just a one-time mistake. Overall, a great experience!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was very friendly, and the food was excellent, right in the heart of downtown Holyoke. I ordered the falafel plate, and the hummus was superb. The falafel was delicious, delightfully crispy, and bursting with garlic flavor. While I prefer slightly larger falafel, I wouldn't complain about this option at all. I would definitely come back!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this restaurant! I've had Middle Eastern cuisine all over the globe, and I must commend John and his team for their exceptional work in bringing a taste of the Middle East and Eastern Europe to Holyoke. The Shakshuka was absolutely perfect, just like what I enjoyed in Israel. They also offer some Eastern European favorites, including Latkes, which reminded me of my grandmother's cooking from when I lived in Russia. I highly recommend this place! If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by for breakfast or lunch. Don't miss out on this fantastic food!

I miss this establishment dearly. I used to treat myself every Friday to this place, as I worked a block away. I now live in CO, but I visit family in western MA annually around the holidays and I always make a point to stop in and enjoy some grub. Needless to say I can’t wait to enjoy a delightful meal from this place really soon! : Tasty food, great atmosphere and fair prices... what more could you ask for?!
