Franco's - Holyoke

My wife and I visited for the first time in search of Puerto Rican cuisine, and this place is fantastic! It's a small gem that captures the essence of Puerto Rico.

The food was excellent and truly authentic! My favorite dish was the roasted pig, and the Mofongo was also quite good. The atmosphere was lovely, with salsa music playing in the background, making it feel like you were in Puerto Rico. I highly recommend this place!

This has the best Spanish food. You can taste love in food. I've never been disappointed to eat here. While waiting for my tostones to cook, I sat there and watched. They constantly change their gloves to ensure customer safety. When they didn't serve anyone, they turned all the foods with the serving spoons and cleaned themselves. The best part is the quality and integrity of the food they serve. I love food and I can tell you that El Rincon is also thrown into her kitchen. Excellent job guys! This is the hammer

Hands down best Spanish restaurant in Holyoke! If you got 10$ youll have enough food to feed 2-3 people at least!!
