Their taro balls are the best! Super flaky and soft crust with plenty of taro filling that isn't too sweet. Try to get the fresh ones if you can! This place has dishes that come from many East Asian and South Asian countries, and they all taste pretty good. The prices are very reasonable as well. The staff and owner are all extremely kind and accommodating :
The place is super clean, to start with. They are a traditional Chinese Bakery and they also have a restaurant. Food is not only good, but also big portions. Soup was $2.95 for a huge bowl. I ordered egg drop one and it actually tasted like egg. I mention this because in most Asian places it doesn't. Then I order the Mango chicken. Made with fresh mangoes, a sweet and spicy sauce and veggies. Came with yellow rice that was very, very, very good and simple. And for dessert we share a kind of watermelon pastry mixed with a nutty ingredient but the king was the dough they used. I will defenetly come back and recommend the place to everyone. In the same plaza there's other Chinese place that is dirty, service is very bad and food is too greasy. So pick this one, it's a little bit hidden, just be patient and go.
This is definitely the go-to spot for Chinese cuisine. A friend invited me to try Malaysian food here, claiming that the flavors are unique and hard to find. I have to say, he was absolutely right! The service is outstanding, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive. You know you’re in for a treat when the chef—a charming, bald Chinese man in his 70s—comes to your table with a big smile, asking how you enjoyed the food. This place is truly a hidden gem!
Miami Hot Pot is fantastic! We absolutely love it here! The place was kept extremely clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was very attentive. After 10:00 a.m., they have karaoke, which is so much fun! We will definitely be coming back. (Google review)
