フィードバックを提供するDo not order pick up or delivery. Drivers had to wait for food to be ready 3 times because they did not get the order . Maybe dine in is better. I called in an order for pickup after the 4th time and again they did not get the order . Had to re-order and wait. On a bright note, the waitress on meth was actually pretty nice
Good food. Awful and shameful customer service.Extremely rude, lazy, unprofessional and disrespectful staff that constantly gets online orders wrong or does not even honour it’s own delivery policy after we have already paid for our order.One time we waited 2hrs for our order until the poor delivery person who was waiting outside went in to inquire about the hold-up and the manager literally said “tell them it’s cancelled.. I don’t have time to do it. restaurant is full”. In reality, He never actually cancelled the order (we were charged fully) and he never notified the driver. He just lied. I had to spend 10 mins on the phone convincing him to prepare the food we paid for!HBK was my favourite Burger place in Florida but in the recent year the customer service is just embarrassing.HBK owner, if you’re reading this (I doubt you do) please be aware that no good lamburger or pulled brisket can compensate for terrible staff that runs your business like a scam.Time for some much needed damage control.Until then, myself, my friends and my family are not coming back.
I would not recommend ordering from here! My burger arrived without the meat, the fries were undercooked, the chicken was tough, the bread was stale, the pulled beef was dry, the cauliflower was burnt, and the sauces were sour. Nothing was correct with my order. I tried to contact them for a refund, but I was met with a rude attitude and they refuse to take responsibility. I spent nearly $200 and I'm still waiting for my refund from HBK Burger on Stirling.
The food was mediocre and not worth the price. The menu advertised a selection of beers, but none were actually available. Most lunch entrees were around $18, and kids' meals were $12. When we received the bill, I noticed that an 18% gratuity was automatically added, regardless of the party size. In total, we spent about $100 on four burgers, some fries, and three cans of soda. We could have just gone to a fast-food place.
I'm not sure how much longer this establishment will be in business. The staff was rude, incompetent, and seemed to have no knowledge of their trade.
