フィードバックを提供する12Eleven Catering has our ~90 person wedding 5/22/21. Stephanie (the owner) was ready to travel a distance for the event we appreciate and the Mac N Cheese and Broccoli Alfredo were very delicious. Recording and communication, however, was TERRIBLE and seemed to begin with arrangements every time we were able to get them. She does not respond to emails and always has an apology. Payable price adjustment supplement without discussion, for brisket. Simply added to the final payment. Ordnete smoked chicken breast but at the event we were shocked and extremely disappointed to see only chicken legs / thighs. This was discussed more than once when arrangements are made, and she even said she would never keep finger food on a buffet at a wedding style event like our and legs / thighs. She would definitely only serve chicken breasts. The Smoked Brisket was very fat with several complaints from guests! The majority of people slices of meat were pure fat. If you order the green beans, do not expect anything more than skillfully green beans because that is what has been served. Must hire 3 of our own servers to help with buffet and clearing tables, and thank you for doing this because they would never have been able to pull it by themselves as they promised. The only staff at the Stephanie event was the bartender. Said she had no help. Alcohol was left at the end of the event in the cooler floor and at the bar and not properly stored, which is required by law. Our appetizers were delivered in the 90-degree heat at 15:30 for the 5pm cocktail hour. Our event coordinator asked her about it and Stephanie (who was aware in the run-up to the timeline) became argumentative and defended her decision on the suspension of food so early. We had the spinach dip, cowboy dip, shrimp cocktail and fruit. They promised the set-up would be nice, with three scratched trays, etc. but to our surprise, the appetizers were all placed only in clear plastic bowls, with other clear plastic bowls above them. Shrimp cocktail was hardly put on ice at all. I don't think the other dips and fruits were on ice at all. But definitely was 't after food safety protocols and the shrimps were probably not safe to eat. We could go on with worse details, but overall we would not recommend to hire this catererer for any wedding or event. We were very disappointed.
