Rick's Express - Hollandale

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, mainly because of the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Marquita Crawford. I saw her rudely refuse a customer who wanted to submit his lottery ticket. Her attitude was so unpleasant that I chose to leave the restaurant. I was shocked that she didn’t even offer to help by running the ticket through the machine, but instead, she dismissed him and directed him to another location. This entire situation was unacceptable, and I left feeling truly appalled.

The food was delicious, the service was prompt, and the staff was warm and welcoming.

The food was outstanding, and I will surely be coming back.
