Wendy's - Holland

Horrible service! seems like every time I come here on Wednesday or Thursdaythe workers always make u pull up and make u wait almost 10 minutes for ur food. On top of that, they always put 2 much sauce &i think they’re lazy or don’t care abt there custemers because every time I wait for my food, a worker goes outside to smoke instead of help their team out. NEVER COMING BACK ?

I cannot believe that I was planning to purchase food here and asked if the dining room was open, and the man told me it was for now. However, when I parked my car, they closed the doors. My intention was to eat in my car and then use the restroom! If the dining room closes at 10, why did it close at 8:40? This is sheer laziness. You all need to learn to be more professional or just stay home.

I recommend this place. The service was quick and friendly. I'm especially thankful for the biggie bags.

I went to purchase chili, but it turned out to be hard beans like rocks. They have a special deal every Tuesday - buy one chili and get one free.

I'll give this Wendy's 5 Stars for the service but only one star for the food. I got a Baconator and an order of fries. Service was super fast. I was the only one in line, but when I got to the window they were handing my order to me. Unfortunately the food was super, and I mean super! greasy. The burger, the burger bun and even both sides of the wrapper it was in was covered in grease. So not a fan of greasy food. I'll never get anything from Wendy's again because this wasn't the first time, but it will definitely be the last. Thought it would change but it hasn't.
