Jackie's Place - Holland

I have a cottage near Jackie's Place, and I make it a point to have breakfast there whenever I can. Each time I visit, I order pancakes, soft poached eggs, bacon, and whole wheat toast. This is the only breakfast spot that truly makes me excited for pancakes. They are absolutely unique and unlike any pancakes I've ever had. My grandparents even drive an hour every Saturday morning just to dine here. My only disappointment is that they aren't open on Sundays!
