Potbelly - Holland Charter Township

We went to Potbelly for lunch, after which we were going to the bank to make a deposit. A gentleman in a red polo shirt asked us if we had dropped any outside. I, forgetting I had this cash, said No . Well, when we got to the bank, I realized a sizable amount of money was missing! And then the gentleman 's question came back to me. So we called Potbelly. We identified how much we were missing and they confirmed this wonderful guy turned it into them. And then, Potbelly covered his lunch! Thank yous and HUZZAHS all around.

I had made an online order that was never picked up by a door dasher, so one of the potbelly employees personally brought it to me. Not only did he bring it to me, he also gave me a free sandwich coupon and refunded me for the inconvenience that wasn’t even his fault! 10/10 customer service and still my favorite sandwich shop. Thank you to the employee that did this for me!

Had a great experience today and felt like I needed to give praise where it's due.Because of the tax day BOGO sale their website was getting slammed for lunch and I was having errors placing an order.I called in to the restaurant and they helped me straighten out the issue right away.Even though they were busy with the sale and their lunch rush our sandwiches were made with care, nice portions and great flavor.The staff all seemed really upbeat and happy. I don't think I can find anything to even nitpick about this location.Drive thru is super convenient and I noticed the app has a nice reward program.Definitely will come back now that I know this location is top notch.
