Copper Kitchen - Holladay

My favorite burger in Salt Lake City. Hands down. The fries. The Aaoli. The Patio. The Restaurant. The Bar. The Service. Everything about Copper Kitchen is a win in my book.

Amazing food, typically I am disappointed by expensive restaurants I usually feel like I could have made it better for half the money) but the food was perfect and prices were fair for the quality.

Amazing beet and avocado starter and the chicken sandwich was superb! Honorable mention is the butternut squash linguine.

Everything was very unique, unmistakable in preparation of flavors of dishes. I enjoyed the grilled octopus and pork chop. The service was very professional, the environment is trendy and beautiful.

Classic place with a light atmosphere. I'm here for brunch. The food is delicious, the drinks are adventurous and the staff is pleasant. We had to wait a little longer than I expected for our food, but drinks and conversations stopped us.
