フィードバックを提供するThis is our second visit to this restaurant. Our order was two cattle, one prawn mofongo to Arnold Palmer and one cheese flea. About all the food was rich in taste(at our last visit) The presentation of the food is as good as the taste. But the Arnold Palmer needs improvement. Overall don?t walk, run to La fondita de Leo.
Okay, as a Puerto Rican itself is the biggest disappointment in a Puerto Rican cuisine restaurant, avocado is not available or Octopus salad. I saw an employee eating food behind the counter on kitchen area, completely unprofessional!!! What I liked was that this facility has iPads for menus instead of traditional paper menus, rather cool, great location with a spacious parking lot. For those of you who love food without spices, this is the place for you. Rice and beans no taste, skirt steak with onions no taste and not delicate, a bit like rubber!!! Nonetheless, the facility is extremely affordable for a couple, expecting about $40 to $50 tipping included. Tip for the boss? Dale tastes Papa!!!? WEPaaaa!
Food was delicious! Excellent service. Chef Leo even came to our table to greet us. It was my husband and I first time been there, and we traveled 1 hour. It was so worth it. Everything that we order was delicious. We are looking forward to go again to try other things from the menu. White sangria, Chuleta Can Can con arroz y habichuelas, Churrasco relleno con plátano maduro y queso de crema, mofongo(was not dried, yum), morcilla y cheesecake de guava.
Nice food and atmosphere. To my liking the music a bit too loud, we were almost unable to have a conversation while eating. The live music was awesome. Food wise was OK.
My very first experience with Puerto Rican style food and was not let down! The menu has a great variety to chose from, the food is full of flavor, comes out fresh and hot and the service is fantastic. I am from Ohio and I will be back next visit.
