Horrible service! They charged me twice for a petrol sale due to their technology fault and refused to give me a refund me on the spot (after I showed the assistant the duplicate on my account. I was told to return the next day for a cash refund-which they refused because they needed to see a bank statement. I know it came through the first time because the eftpos said 'approved ' and printed one receipt. Will not be back.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the unprofessional behavior of a young Indian woman who sold me a pack of Celebrating Blue 20 cigarettes. Her attitude was quite poor at 4:30 PM, and she seemed to think she was better than everyone else. I’ve been coming here for 40 years, and I feel offended by the lack of customer service.

This restaurant has everything I need for a quick bite. The space is always kept clean, and the staff is consistently friendly when I visit. I often find great deals and tasty options on the menu. While a fresh update could enhance the overall experience, I still think it looks good as it is.

Heidi provided me with excellent customer service; she was really sweet. I got a new tank. Your manager should definitely know that I'm giving this experience a five-star rating.
