I placed an online order, but it didn't appear in their system. It turns out that their online ordering system wasn't actually supposed to be "live" yet, despite us receiving an email confirmation. When I called for assistance, I was abruptly hung up on without any attempt to resolve the issue or even a simple farewell. The person on the line was quite rude. Overall, a disappointing experience.
