The drive thru lady is very rude she will rush you then not listen to a thing you asked for ask for a medium I get a large I asked for a signature latte and I get a basic coffee with whole milk instead of oatmilk like I asked didn't have that attitude in the job

Terrible serviceStaff rolls their eyes when you’re placing ur order , ordered 3 drinks and a sandwichOnly one order in front of me took 25 min to get coffees and the sandwich wasn’t even made yet. Requested refund but truly terrible service. Only the blonde girl seemed to be hustling .
