This casual and slightly edgy pub has a relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. They offer an impressive selection of drinks and their food is excellent, especially with their variety of vegetarian and vegan options. The beer garden is fantastic and there is always plenty of live music to enjoy. I have never been let down by this place.

We really enjoyed our experience at this place. It's a traditional, cozy pub just like we were hoping for. The staff was welcoming and attentive. We loved the vegan burger and loaded nachos - they were delicious! The prices were also very reasonable. We'll definitely be returning on our next trip to Hobart!

This is the best and most unique bar still operating in Australia. If you enjoy amazing local and interstate punk, metal, rock and roll music, along with a bit of mischief and real local personalities, then this is the place for you. It's where aspiring musicians begin their careers and where you'll find super friendly locals. Plus, they offer affordable drinks and food. This is a must-visit local spot to experience at least once, especially if you want to get a bit tipsy.

I went to the brisbane hotel with my partner for dinner. I am always looking for pubs who do good vegan meals because my in put are not-vegans who have a quite "traditional" Australian palate. if I only judged that on the basis, this place would be perfect. there is a good choice of vegan meals, and the meals are tasty, fill and cheap. They also had a good choice of vegan weeps, which are marked behind theke, what is vegan for drinking, and that man behind the bar was very friendly and seemed to understand veganism well. this is unfortunately not a place where they can take their laws. grungy does not begin to describe it. When I entered, I thought that the floor was something industrial material, it wasn't until I sat down after the order of my meal, that I realized it was once a teppich. over many years it was worn by many feet and spilled drinks and is compressed and. well, sticky. there were not many tables or chairs, and the ones there were very well used. In summary, I would recommend this place in any case if they are 't fussy about atmosphere. this place offers good food, but it is a long way from eating fine.

Casual and grungy pub, put friendly staff back. incredible drink selection. excellent eating with very good vegetarian and vegan choices. large beer garden, baptized live music. never disappointed with this place.
