Flippers Cooked Seafood - Hobart

Flippers is the busiest spot along the kais and out of good ground. eating is hot, fresh, tasty and fast. they season their eating with the seasons of their choice in the pick-up window and the staff is very friendly. it is certainly not cheap, but it is a good quality.

The calamari was incredibly delicious—tender and juicy. The chips were cooked to perfection and didn’t have that overly fishy oil taste. They offered three different seasonings for the chips, which was fantastic! I did find the sauce a bit pricey at $3 for a small container. The service was friendly, which I really appreciated. Overall, great job!

I typically don’t enjoy fish and chips, but this place is a game changer! The fish was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and crispy. It’s hands down the best fish and chips I’ve had in my time in Australia. I’d say it's even better than tempura!

I highly recommend this restaurant for its crumbed fish and chips. While the prices are a bit higher than average, the quality is outstanding. The fish is cooked fresh to order, and the service was quite good as well.
