Legend Beer - Hoan Kiem Viet Nam

We didn’t eat here so I cannot comment on the food but the view is amazing. Was quite something as we watched them shut the traffic down at 7pm on Friday night and people poured into the street. Had their signature lager. Good beer but of course way over priced because of the view. Worth coming to check out tho.

Place is very nice. It's beside the square and have best view. Their beer is just normal. I would rate 5 star if their staffs were friendly and helpful. Customer service is below the average. Not impressive.

Beer was ok, but 60000vnd for a 300ml glass is too much. This place has food but it’s very westernized dishes and I didn’t see anyone order anything other than beer. The view is great and probably why people are there. Basically you’re paying for the view. The staff were friendly and they know why you’re there so they got us a spot on the balcony to watch the action below on the busy street once one became available.

I give Legend Beer a 40-star rating mainly because of its location and height. Just great to sit there, people watch over one of the busiest intersections of Hanoi. Great view of the lake. The selection and quality of meals is not better than average tourist fare, and the service is not great. But worth a visit.

Came over this restaurant in our trips to Hanoi before our trip. It had a good selection of dishes in the menu and the location had a good view of the lake and the place below. I had the Tenderloin Steak and my partner had the chicken and avocado sandwich. The steak was beautiful, but could not really cut it through with a bitter knife, although it was a typical soft cut when it was properly cooked. The chicken sandwich tasted good, but found that the bread was roasted while the insides were cold. Overall a good place to eat with a beautiful view during the day and probably also during the night.
