For me this is the best cheap veggie place in Saigon, and trust me I've been to a lot of them. Food is fresh and very high quality. The downside is that the staff are extremely unfriendly. It's important to note that this isn't due to any kind of discrimination against foreigners they are equally unfriendly with locals. Anyone who has encountered saigonese women of a certain age will understand what I mean. Excellent food though.

Although it was a little hard to tell what was offered on the small buffet we had a delicious lunch. The staff was willing to help with explanation in broken English. Other guests were all locals. Pretty cheap as well.

Anyone who encounters Saigonesian women of a certain age will understand what I mean. Very good food.
