Sandwiches are FANTASTIC every time? The only problem is customer service. That's my third chance I gave them, but I'm tired of it. Every time I go, the employees don't pay attention. Hello, how are you, they all stand there for a few minutes and gossip. And for this reason, I'm not going back to this place, it's making me tense.
The food is very good, but the service stinks. I'll put my orders by phone and I have to call 3 or 4 times before someone picks up. If I get someone on the phone, they'll fix me and never come back.
When I had to go gluten-free, I thought I’d have to say goodbye to Firehouse Subs for good. Thankfully, they’ve introduced gluten-free rolls, and I’m thrilled to say the taste is just as amazing as ever! Thank you for bringing gluten-free options back into my life!
Bought a large sandwich 2 of them one for later. Got in the car took a bite from my sandwich and realized there was gnat baked into my sandwich. Took sub back manager Tammy asked what I needed I said a refund she asked what was wrong I stated there was a bug baked into my sub. That?s when she got disrespectful saying they don?t have bugs. Tearing the bread and bug apart saying they don?t have bugs. I walked off to the cashier so I can let her know I would like a refund which it sounded like the manager Tammy didn?t want to refund my money back. As she was on and on about they don?t have bugs I asked a customer can I have their opinion what does this look like she got even louder saying don?t be telling my customers we have bugs. Customer clearly stated that was a bug. Tammy was upset I told her I?m not about to argue with you lady I just want a refund. She finally told the cashier to refund me my money back. That?s is not how you handle your customers I will be calling corporate I was so sick to my stomach while talking to them I was gagging. Not one time I was offered a water or anything.
