Love Chipotle, however so far I've had nothing but bad experiences. I have a gift card that I can't use online to pay with, there is no option to do so. One of my biggest gripes is that this California based place STILL hasn't opened the indoor area even this far after covid. So disappointing. Dos Bros, here I come!

I eat chipotle pretty often. This location today messed my food up. Smh hood hard rice in my taco.. really ???????????.. yeah not cool at all. This same location does not have a telephone number on google to tell them about my bad food ????.. called a different location to get their number and was told they don?t have it either ???? ??????????? Will not eat here again!

At first impression, the dining area was really dirty. There was food everywhere, garbage cans were over flowing and kitchen piled up with bins. Having worked at Chipotle, I know how busy it can get so I assumed they had just had a rush of customers. Then we ordered. At first, the employees were pleasant and courteous. I ordered a double steak bowl with guacamole. The steak was charred and dry. The steak is supposed to be cooked medium-well and was way over well done. Nonetheless, we ordered and dined in. After a bit. I went up to the counter and asked for extra mild and medium. The cashier proceeded to ring me up. I 've never been charged for extra sides so I asked if the sides were extra and she (the cashier) responded with attitude and said, Oh, I guess you can just have them, and turned and walked away from me. I was really surprised because it was like a flipped switch from nice and friendly to snarky. After sitting for a while, I realized that the dining area was not cleaned because they just weren 't doing their job. There was only one or two customers that came in and a lot of down time between them to clean up. Instead, they were just standing there conversing. Not once did the crew come out to change the trash or clean up the dining area. I would try them once more to see if this was just a one time incident but unlikely to recommend this location due to poor cleanliness and customer service.

Me and my bf love chipotle, but this experience was just annoying. She gave up once scoop of everything I had to ask for an extra scoop and when she did; no lie picked up like a half a scoop. She did that with our meats and rice. I never had that problem before and then it was $35 for like nothing in my bowl. Like I said we love chipotle but unfortunately won?t be coming back to this location.
