O'charley's - Hiram

I and my husband went through and decided to order TOGO and wow what a wonderful experience. Our server Trish had all set us up to enjoy our meal on the go and make sure we had everything we needed!! Love this place and will definitely be back!!!

Excellent food and service. I honestly don't know how it could have been any better. Our server, Nadia, was attentive and courteous. She handled our large group with grace and made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. When I ordered my Southern Pecan Chicken Tender salad (delicious! , she knew the menu well enough to ask about the Bleu cheese crumbles, and the extra dressing miraculously appeared about 45 seconds after I asked. She definitely earned a good tip, and my family will be requesting her section from now on.

Appetizers were subpar today at my table. But the meals were fresh and delicious and the waitress, Faye, was an absolute treat and we loved being served by her. Thank you all for a nice night.

I called in to place my order. Trisha answered my call and she was so cheerful and friendly! When I arrived, she promptly brought my food to me with a smile and asked if I had everything I needed. The catfish meal was good also. I will definitely eat there again soon! Keep up the good work Trisha!!

Visit the city. Our initial choice was unavailable, so we ended up at O'Charley's. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Our server, although young, was very friendly and efficient. It was a busy Saturday evening, and our food took a little longer than expected, but that was to be anticipated. Overall, we had a wonderful time.
