McDonald's - Hinton

This is the worst McDonald's store in the world. The manager or the owner of the store has a policy that differs from all stores, and thus the manager of the restaurant stated, when one of the children asked her to drink Pepsi.

We went through the drive thru, and that was a mistake. In addition to our food, we ordered two mocha frappes. We had to pull forward and wait on the drinks to be brought out. We should have looked at the food before we left, but we didn't, and our order was wrong. If that wasn't bad enough, our drinks were awful! They definitely weren't mocha frappes. We ended up throwing everything away.

Terrible wait times. Every car in the drive-thru that place an order is asked to pull up, they take your money, then they ask you to park. If you order on the mobile app, you're put behind the last drive-thru order. Wait times in excess of 20 minutes consistently rather than occasionally. When we get our order, it's cold of course.Guess you can serve it any way you want when you're the only game in town. Guess we're done playing games.Thanks for playing.

Horrible, ordered inside and sat down, burger had the lettuce and sauce slopped all over the inside of the box. Long waits and the play place is boarded up.

So I went down at about 1-2ish went inside and went to the counter waited about 5 minutes for an employee to come and take our order but no one came so we went to one of the kiosk things and ordered. We didn’t get a receipt and that alone made everything in the restaurant x10 harder. We have been waiting for 8 minutes now and it gets really busy and I look over and see the manager eating a meal. And it was absolutely packed in the restraunt. 0 leadership roles in the kitchen was an absolute disaster. Just eat anywhere else
