フィードバックを提供するI visited the restaurant on December 1st, the day of the Christmas parade. The lobby was crowded, but the line moved quickly. I later realized that they had organized the orders efficiently to keep things flowing. Once I understood this, I felt much more at ease. However, some of the other customers were quite disruptive. They were rude, impatient, loud, and inconsiderate, which nearly ruined my experience. Fortunately, as the lines started to move and the crowd began to thin, the staff truly shone. They were friendly, funny, polite, and incredibly accommodating. Overall, I would give the establishment a solid 5 out of 5. As for the other customers? I'd rate them a -100!
The service has seen a significant improvement. The staff is very friendly, the food is tasty, and the service is quick. I always order the $5 Big Bag Special, and it never fails to impress. It includes two double cheeseburgers, fries, a drink, and an apple cake, and it's consistently excellent. I highly recommend this option to anyone visiting this Hardee's location.
I previously had a disappointing experience where I asked for a refund after receiving a cold burger and dealing with a rather annoyed grill staff member. She made me feel like it was my fault and made several negative remarks until the manager stepped in. However, during my visit on January 16, 2020, I was pleased to receive excellent customer service. My burger wasn’t as hot as I had desired, and instead of insisting on a new one, I asked if it could be microwaved. The staff member immediately apologized and offered to remake it. The manager also intervened, assuring me that he would prepare a fresh one and apologized again. The young lady working the BBQ team was very accommodating. When I finally bit into the burger at my office, it was absolutely delicious. Thank you!
