Subway - Hindman

Husband ordered me a chicken teriyaki. New worker placed the chicken on the bread when she heated it up. The chicken is rubber and the bread hard. Please train your workers to make the sandwiches the correct way. This sandwich is terrible.

I would love to speak to the owners of this place, even though the manager said they had been contacted. I WILL NEVER GET FROM THIS SUBWAY. The workers are RUDE. I accidentally placed a order online. Well they wouldn’t refund it even though it was 2 mins after it was placed then since they wouldn’t cancel it. I asked them to put the topping on the side cause apparently when I placed the order I hit onion and pepper. Well they refused to give me any toppings said they couldn’t

Terrible, the only one is to explain honestly. has a roasted sub. was literally an ice cube when I got it home. it took 30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. they were sloppy and the spicy italian I had ordered had nothing to do with it. completely dissappointed

I visited this underground shop today with my man. I asked if we could eat inside and were told no, they were just running. we were out and ate on the tables outside. half through my sandwich, I only saw in the load to see that 2 youngs sit down and eat on a table. so much for the hospitality. If we were not good enough to eat in their facility, we will not spend there anymore.

Brandy made my sandwiches, and they were amazing. The best I’ve had in a while. The customer service is awesome, everyone is always so friendly.
