Hh Prime - Hilton Head Island

Went here as we had a reservation at the hotel for our vacation. Saw the prior reviews and decided to give it chance. Got my steak and it had 0 seasoning, my wife got chicken and it was mostly dry. On top of that her carrots weren?t cooked completely through. Other than that our waiter was wonderful. TLDR: food was not worth the money but service was great.

This restaurant, located in the heart of the Omni resort, was incredible. They were a little short staffed (who isn't right now) but they still delivered exceptional service. The food was delicious, and prepared perfectly. This is a fancy establishment, so prices are high, but it was worth it. I definitely feel that I got what I paid for. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting or living in the Hilton Head area. A well deserved 5 stars.

You?re probably asking why only 4 stars with photos like these. The ONLY reason to be honest is just that the Caesar salad just needed to be more dressed and could use a bit more cheese. However, a steak house should know how to cool a steak and these guys do. Medium rare was perfectly cooked And the flavor was amazing. Once again I tried the desert and I?m not usually a fan of creme brûlée but it was great. Thicker creme but well done for sure. I didn?t read this was in the Omni hotel but for a hotel eatery it was decent for sure.

Excellent choice for an on premises restaurant at the Omni Oceanfront Resort. We have dined at HH Prime for years from our Honeymoon dinner to April 2021. The staff from James the master bar tender to the chef's are professionals and always very friendly. Dine in at a table, the beautiful bar with sweeping views of the tropical courtyard or the outside tables with breeze and sounds of fountains. The food is always hot, delicious and perfectly presented. HH Prime is a wonderful treat to enjoy. Cheers.

To start, we were served bread accompanied by a delightful honey butter infused with black salt. The butter combination was excellent, although the bread was a bit hard. No complaints, though. We began our meal with the calamari, which was somewhat chewy and heavily breaded. I struggled to finish much of it as it was tough on my jaw. However, our main courses were significantly better. My steak was cooked to perfection, and her potatoes along with the homemade steak sauce were fantastic. One of the steaks was overcooked (I ordered medium rare but got medium). Our waitress handled the situation wonderfully. She immediately took the steak back without question and promptly brought out a new one that was perfectly cooked. To top it off, she removed the calamari from our bill without us even asking, which made me very happy. Overall, the steaks were excellent, the other dishes were decent, and the service was top-notch!
