Kanpai Noodles Sake - Hilo

I absolutely love this place! I've been there a few times, and everything is incredibly delicious! It's a modern sushi bar with some fantastic sushi roll creations, as well as other tasty ramen dishes. The BLT roll is a must-try! Plus, they stay open late! I definitely recommend checking it out for food and drinks!

Great ramen. The drinks were expensive, but very good. Ananas Margarita was delicious. Wife had a pineapple mule with pineapple infused vodka. The setting was great and the music was on the spot! The best food we had so far in Hilo.

Amazing food and staff. I had ramen the house, it was pleasantly rich and not too salty, leaves room to season if you like salt or spicy food. I also had a California role and 2 orders of the Ahi role presented both tastefully and beautifully. Wide range of liqueurs, beers and cocktails. Some portions of beer are large and can be divided into a party, i.e. bombs or the hitachino line beer.

Just for a drink and an appetizer. Had good specialties. Loved by the sampler. Service was super fast.

Fantastic ramen, sushi, and sake selection. Best ramen I've had. Clean place and friendly atmosphere. Second visit and will definitely be back!
