Chick-fil-a - Hillsborough County

After visiting Boot Barn my wife and I decided to eat at this location; however, during our ordering we discovered that this location does not offer military discounts. Yes, we inquired with three people and the response was the same. I am sorry, but Icannot support this location as I will support other Chic-fil-a locations that do offer military discounts and businesses who dothe same. We would have spent at least $20-$25 at this location today; instead we supported the one in Carrollwood that does andwe order a few extra items.

This location is consistently wrong. I ordered two chicken biscuit sandwiches for breakfast and there was NO CHICKEN on the sandwiches. This is the 3rd time this has happened! With how expensive things are now, I would expect it to at least be correct.How in the world does a chicken place consistently forget to include the chicken?! Do not visit this location unless you want amassive headache and a biscuit with just cheese on it for $10.

My fiancé and I stopped by this location one morning before his dental checkup and because of the procedure he had and the swelling of his face he could only eat soup. Even though it wasn?t time to put it on the menu, The polite manager and staff wentout their way to make my fiancé soup so he could have breakfast that morning. It was a rough and painful morning and We reallyappreciated the genuine kindness they showed us that morning. Thank you and we will be returning customers ??????????

First time we went inside. Employees were wonderful. This time went in the drive thru and it was a mess. They couldn't figure out whose orders belonged to who everyone looked lost who was working the drive thru. Didn't even get my order right and wasmissing a whole kids meal. Called to get the issue fixed to go inside and get the kids meal but that wasn't even offered theyoffered to refund me on my app. I had to ask them to make the kids meal so I could pick it up inside.

I had bacon on my sandwich, I didn't ask for that and also my friends fries were too soggy and greasy. The sweet tea was nice though. Thank you.
