フィードバックを提供するThe manager was unhelpful during my visit. They misplaced my online order, despite me providing a purchase certificate that included the order number and the correct address. I ended up waiting longer than necessary for my meal. Although the manager claimed she had placed my food at the front, it took an additional 20 minutes for it to arrive, and I noticed that other customers received their meals before me. Overall, the manager's attitude was unfriendly and she did not provide the level of customer service that I expected.
I visited the restaurant on July 2nd and placed an order for food, along with a request for beer. Unfortunately, the tap for the beer wasn't working, which wasn't a big deal. However, the staff didn't remove the beer from our order, and we ended up paying for it even though we never received it. After waiting 40 minutes for our food, we decided to ask for a refund. The manager came over with a smile, seemingly amused, and seemed unsure about how to assist us since many other male customers were clearly unhappy.
She informed us that we could only order boneless items. At that point, I felt uncomfortable with her attitude and asked my sister what she wanted to do. My sister then inquired about the general manager's contact information. The girl claimed she was the general manager and seemed quite defensive. When my sister asked for her name, we noticed she wasn't wearing a name tag, which added to the unprofessional atmosphere. After thanking her, we decided to leave, but she sarcastically wished us a "nice night" as we walked out. I have never felt so disrespected by someone who was evidently unwilling to do her job. We were only seeking a simple service that should be standard at any restaurant—food! It was clear that this employee was extremely lazy, and if she truly is a manager, she should not be in a leadership role. Having worked in the restaurant industry my entire life, I can say that good managers prioritize customer service and certainly don’t close up shop an hour early. We've frequented this establishment often because it’s one of our favorites, but due to this recent unpleasant experience, we will not be returning. We refuse to spend our money at a place where employees demonstrate such poor behavior, especially since this isn’t the first time we’ve encountered negative attitudes from female staff at the Highland Long Wing Station. It's truly disappointing!
I go to this place and I am discouraged by the order of means of life by the personal. “So they know that our minimum waiting period is 30min,” are the employees mutes with terrible customer service. the müll is flooded on the terrace, and my order was wrong. I give everyone the advantages of doubt, but the employees work ethics on this place reflecting from the administration.
Took over 20 minutes to get my order, employees were not helpful and seemed to be bothered by the fact that they had to interact with customers, and my order was wrong when I got it.I understand that when you first open the store there 's a lot that need to be done, however when I asked why it took 20 minutes the employee gave me a very lazy that 's just our wait time , when I have NEVER waited that long before at any other Wing Stop when ordering MORE than I did today.Not happy, not a good experience at this Wing Stop.
