Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The food is good, but the wraps are inconsistent every time I order. This time, it was completely soggy with ranch dressing, while my previous visit didn't have any ranch at all. I would really appreciate more consistency.

I really enjoy Tropical Smoothie, and I've always found their food to be of great quality. However, I had a disappointing experience recently when I arrived an hour before closing and was informed that they had stopped serving food early. My wife was in labor at the hospital next door, and she was craving a wrap, which is why I decided to stop by. I understand wanting to wrap things up as closing time approaches, but if you're open until 9 PM, full service should be available until that time.

Who could possibly give this place anything less than a five-star rating? Seriously! The smoothies are delicious, the food is fantastic, and the customer service is exceptional. The staff is always incredibly friendly!

The food arrived cold and the smoothie was undrinkable it had a horrible taste.
