They are making a store decision to charge over $20 for their medium size gluten free pizza on Tuesday nights when a large gluten crust is $11. As a small business owner myself, I totally understand the gluten free requires more expensive ingredients. So how about a compromise? Instead of $11 charge $15. Both other locations nearby (and even nationally in AZ charge the standard $11 for the GF). This decision will ensure I, and other GF diners, will choose other locations. Closed for Halloween due to staffing shortage? Could you at least customize your voicemail message to indicate by this? I (and others) drove to the store since the phone just rang and rang. And more, the sign in the door directed customers to the store on University … and then THAT store’s phone rang and rang too. It’s far too coincidental that both stores were short on staffing. Sounds like employees wanted a night off. Unprofessional, especially on their busiest night for Tuesday specials.
This is our favorite pizza! Since I bake it, it's always hot and fresh.
I love the staff and the pizza is good but for some reason our last time the instructions resulted in burned and dry pizza. May have been user error but I 've done this several dozen times a year and not had it do this before... if something changed in the instructions or the dough please tell us so we don 't waste our money. : Also, they really should pay at least minimum wage instead of expecting customers to tip. I like leaving tips but what extra service are we topping for? Making a pizza? That 's what we 're paying the store for. Delivery or serving hot food I understand but having a sign that promises more than minimum wage only to then say it is 'with tips ' is a bait-and-switch.
Terrible service. Obnoxious staff. They screwed up the order (wrong toppings and overcharged me) and when I called to tell them about the problem the guy I spoke to was extremely rude, refused to listen to me, told me to “call back tomorrow” and hung up on me. I won’t be back and neither will anybody else I know.
I had a birthday reward for a free pizza valued up to $16, I placed the $15.75 order online. I got to the location at 9559 S University Blvd Suite 103, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126 and the order had not gone through. The manager bossed me around and insisted on doing it at the register. She ordered me to put my phone number in their rewards machine. She could not figure out how to get the $16 reward. She could only give me a $10.50 reward. She tersely asked if I still wanted it and I said no. She proceeded to sarcastically say Have a Good Night in front of all the people waiting. I went to my car and ordered online to another location with the $16 reward. This manager represents Papa Murphy and it was one of the worst customer service I have experiences I have ever had. I will not go back to this location ever again
