Garlic Jim's Famous Gourmet Pizza

I believe this restaurant may benefit from a visit from the health department. While waiting for my food, which was 20 minutes late, I observed the employees with concern. Some had long hair falling out of their ponytails, some were wearing sunglasses indoors without hair nets, gloves, or masks. They were multitasking by answering the phone, using the computer, and handling cash with their bare hands before returning to making pizzas. I even witnessed two employees shaking hands with a friend who came to pick up his pizza, then continuing to work with the dough without washing their hands. I have to ask, do the staff members have food handler's permits?

Great pizza! Easy online ordering! Quick pickup, convenient parking! Two pizzas, one crispy thin crust and one hand-tossed....it was my favorite!

I visited this restaurant for the first time based on a friend's recommendation. I tried the Hercules pizza and cheese sticks, and both were fantastic. The pizza crust was light and fluffy, and the cheese sticks were filled with ample cheese.

The pizza at this restaurant is okay, but the crust is not consistent. The wings, on the other hand, were some of the worst I've ever tried. They were clearly not fresh, but rather frozen and baked instead of deep fried. The texture was mushy and they were undercooked. If you're not going to deep fry chicken wings, it's best not to serve them at all.

We ordered Garlic Jim's through Doordash, but were disappointed with our experience. There were no descriptions of the size of the pizzas on the website or Doordash, so we ordered a medium without knowing how small it would be. The pizza allegedly took 60 minutes to cook and 10 minutes to deliver, but when it arrived it was different from what we ordered and was cold, not even warm. We reached out to the owner via email but have not received a reply. Overall, the texture and ingredients seemed promising, but the experience was disappointing.
