Firehouse Subs Highlands Ranch

I went to the restaurant and was informed that there would be a 25-minute wait time, despite there being no other customers inside. They explained that they needed to prioritize online orders first.

Honestly, that was the worst sandwich I've ever seen. It was completely wrong and not even close to what I ordered. This has really changed my perspective on this place.

Love this place, the Subs are absolutely brilliant!

Shawneen was great. she was very polite and made sure i got my chips and drink of choice. her sandwich recommendation was on point. i will be back.

Horrible customer service! Trash overflowing the trash can in the front of the store with trash all over the entry. Our sandwiches sat on the counter without any notification that they were ready. Staff acted like they were doing ua a favor to prepare the food with a hefty $27 charge for two sandwiches. What a disappointment for a franchise that is trying to make a difference. We will not be visiting this location in the future. Highlands Ranch Firehouse Fail!
