Taco Cielo - Highland Village

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed unprofessional and poorly trained. The man at the register was confused and didn’t seem to understand the process. I had placed a to-go order, but ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food. When they finally brought it out, it was served on hot plates, and then it took an additional 10 minutes for them to transfer it into to-go boxes for me. Overall, it felt very unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend getting food here.

The food is consistently excellent, but I was really let down by the salad bar. The mild salsa was spoiled, which was a big disappointment when I got home.

My son took me to Taco Cielo, and I was thoroughly impressed. The nachos were delicious and piled high with flavor. Don't miss out on the flautas—they're among the best I've ever tasted!

I don't know of any other place where I can enjoy these authentic Mexican tacos for just $5 (especially with their buy-one-get-one offer on Taco Tuesday at lunch). It's a fantastic value, and the food is excellent!
