Love Wendy's! Food always good and employees always friendly and efficient

Wendy's app would not allow me to sign in. I have used the app many times so I know what to do. I wanted the Single hamburger for $1 that they advertise and send notices to my phone. I know that there is a qr code they need. But because it would not allow me access to the app I could not get the code. The manager saw that the app was not working properly and said that Wendy's must be having an issue. He could have offered me the hamburger for $1 anyway but he did not offer anything. Went back to work without eating because it took me to much time trying to get the app to work.

Another store with excellent customer service, hot coffee, hot food. They got breakfast right with the specials and quality of the food. Fresh egg, fresh cheese and the young lady put the cream and Splenda in for me and said it was so I wouldn't have to pull over and just enjoy it, now that's customer service!!!!

Nice price for a burger, fries, chicken nuggets only $6:50 can't beat that

We only bought frostys but there food is good too and fast friendly service with pretty good prices. Breakfast is also super good.... .nice thick bacon on their sandwich is a nice change for other places.
