Mcdonald's - High Ridge

We just couldn't get our order right. It's frustrating! I've been in the food industry since I was 16, so I know how important it is to get customers' orders correct. I asked for spicy nuggets, but my husband ended up with plain ones. What a mix-up! Usually, we don't have any issues, but last night was just ridiculous.

Last night at 9 a.m., I was unfortunate to go to this McDonald's only to get a cold, dry big Mac, a cold fish sandwich and an order of cold, stab frits. I'm not going back!

Never. I'm speechless, I don't know how anyone could use it. I ordered an ice cream coffee that is usually good, but never as good as the other place. Tonight was terrible when I took a drink and there were pieces. Later I spilled it out and there is a whole layer of coffee spots as someone poured it down. I'm so disgusting. I'm usually not a customer who complains, but that's too far.

I usually get oatmeal, ash brown and my coffee here every day I work the morning shift, Pam and Eileen always make sure my order is correct, so I feel good at my meal... they all deserve a raise, or a pay bonus

The Frisko burger was very good,but they stop doing burritos at 10pm
